The order came in time they mentioned and it works well. But I have not yet have any negative ORP to measure. When measure ORP the digit goes very slow and not fixed any point and with the time passes machine get off, so can't have a consistent reading.

I have never bought a pH meter before, but after looking around settled on this one. It works great and does exactly what I needed. I bought it for measuring urine and saliva pH. I took the advice of others and did make sure to buy the 4.01 and 7.01 Buffer solutions for calibrating.

Hi, This is the second instrument I have purchased and I found out that unless the PH electrode is kept wet failure is imminent. I don't know how long you will be able to keep the instrument HI98121 shelf but if too long you might receive all of them back. The one I received today was so dry the sponge was stuck to the bulb!

The HI 98121 pH/ORP/Temperature Tester is a waterproof combination pocket pH, Oxidation Reduction Potential (ORP), and temperature tester with a replaceable electrode and a non-clogging, replenishable fiber junction.

The meter features a large LCD screen for readability, an ergonomically designed waterproof casing, and automatic temperature compensation to eliminate the need for additional calculations. It has a replaceable electrode and renewable reference junction, which helps prolong the life of the tester.

The HI 98121 tester functions in temperatures of -5.0 to 60.0 degrees C/23.0 to 140.0 degrees F (+ or - 0.1 degrees C / 0.1 degrees F), and has a range of -2.00 to 16.00 pH (+ or - 0.05) with a resolution of 0.01 pH. The meter can be calibrated at one or two points for pH with auto-buffer recognition, and against five memorized buffer values. For ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) readings, the tester has a range of + or - 1000mV (+ or - 2) with a resolution of 1mV and automatic factory set calibration. Dimensions are 163 x 40 x 26 mm (6.4 x 1.6 x 1.0"), with weight 100 g (3.5 oz.).

This is a nifty little set, and I'm glad I picked it up. While these pieces don't serve all of our needs, they are what we reach for when frying up eggs for one, or other dishes for one or two people. When I unpacked the set, I was worried about the grainy, satin enamel finish on the skillet. But thanks to some good advice from other reviewers, there were no problems. I pre-warmed the pan over medium-low heat for a couple of minutes, then added butter and coated the pan. Then I added my eggs and cooked as usual. Nothing stuck to the pan -- the eggs slid right out, and the pan cleaned up easily with a swish of the sponge and a bit of dish soap. That's it! Don't let the finish on the pan deter you from buying it... just heat it gently before adding butter or oil and all will be well. High heat is unnecessary, as you'll discover. Using the Le Creuset silicone spoon spatula to lift out the food is gentle on the pan and works like a charm.

Almost forgot... the lid for the 3.5-qt round oven in this set fits nicely over the 9" skillet (except the pouring spouts will be exposed, but that's not a big deal), in case you're wondering what to use as a cover for it when the need arises.

So that just made the deal extra special. Great juicer. things we like about it:
1. pulp fairly dry which means most juice has been extracted
2. easy clean - with the included spatula/brush it takes about 7 minutes total to clean it
3. container where juice goes has a strainer lip that helps keep foam out of your drinking cup
4. most small to medium apples fit in the tube without even having to cut them! great when juicing a lot of red delicious :)
5. have had it a few years and have not seen any drop in production
6. product feels sturdy and very well built

Overall, a great juicer. We have friends with other brands of juicers who don't use them much because of the hassle associated with cleaning them. Some juicers will have drier pulp but to me it's not worth it if it frustrates the user every time it needs cleaned.

I just bought this product last week and used it for the first time today. I have another Breville and it's OK. The other Breville is a pain in the kazooo to clean. Not to mention that the fiber from the produce I was juicing would end up all over the counter. :-( Now let me tell you what I love about this juicer. :-) I LOVE the fact that there is no catcher in the back of the juicer. That all the pulp stays in the middle chamber. NO MESS!!! I also like the little pitcher that catches the juice and separates the foam from the juice. You get a little foam but nothing like the others produce. It's easy and it doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter. I give this product 10 thumbs up!!!! I hope it lasts me a long while because I intend to start back to juicing for better health. So if your looking for a nice juicer to start out with or you've been juicing a while, try this contraption out because you won't be sorry. Hope my review helped.

Definitely a waste of money because they are not reliable. A product that cannot be relied on to function and perform as advertised is not worth the Chinese junk it is made of. Works pretty well for the first few months then the trouble begins. Even after double sealing both ends you will find that the air has leaked in and you food is freezer burned. Plus the bags and jars are EXPENSIVE! My Mom used to stick a straw into a ziplock bag and suck out the air. That works MUCH better than these pieces of junk do. Their vacuum jars are the same way. They cannot be relied on- so DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON FOODSAVER PRODUCTS!

I used to throw meat out constantly because of freezer burn. It was such a waste. I purchased this on a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad I did! It works great! The sealer seals the bag perfectly, the cutter slides smoothly through the bag, and it seems to suck every bit of air out of the bag. There is a little compartment to catch anything that is liquid, and the container lifts out of the unit for easy washing. The hose to suck the air out of containers tucks neatly behind the unit for storage.

I have had this unit for 2 years and it has worked perfectly! I use it frequently, as I have gone through several boxes of bag material rolls. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase one.

This wine glass is great for several reasons. First of all, it is very light. Second, you know how much wine to pour (pour to the widest point in the bowl and that is a "glass" of wine). The balance of the glass is good. We also have the burgundy wine glass; however my wife prefers her red wine in the chardonnay glass because she doesn't like to hold the big burgundy glass. If you are only going to purchase one type of wine glass, I would recommend this one.

As an "insider" in the wine industry, I always get a supreme chuckle from the self-important neophytes who come into their newfound love affair with wine SWEARING that Riedel makes wine taste "different" or the way its "supposed to taste".....<chuckle>....Georg Riedel has made a large fortune of the gullibility of eonophiles desiring to impress their beer-swilling neighbors.

Look, if this glass is scientifically calibrated for Chardonnay, then tell me why competing glass manufacturers sell Chardonnay glasses with differing shapes??? The answer is that after you shell out for Riedel, you'll do ANYTHING to convince yourself that the glasses "improve" the wine. Independent studies, however, have shown (even among skilled tasters/reviewers) that the shape of a glass influences the nose of the wine by narrowing the aperture, thereby focusing the smells. However, the taste is not affected - the wine does not preferentially spill onto different parts of your palate because of the shape of the bowl! Think about it, you're always going to pour the wine onto the same part of your tongue! Get a couple of different shaped glasses, pour water out of them and watch!

Save your money and buy some durable all-purpose glasses (the kind ours, or any other winery pours from in their tasting room!)
